Briana Evigan were born in Los Angeles, California. Briana's mother, Pamela C. Serpe, were a dancer, model, and actress and her father Greg Evigan were also an actor. She have one older brother, Jason Evigan and one older sister, Vanessa Lee Evigan, whos also an actress, she's been seen a number of different movies. Before Briana started acting she studied dance for over nine years and she's also undertaking a speech and communication degree at Los Angeles Valley College.
Briana made her big breakthrough in the movie industry when she played the street dancing girl Andie in the MySpace movie Step Up 2: The Streets. In the movie she starred against the actor Robert Hoffman, they also won a MTV Movie Award for "Best Kiss". Before she did Step Up 2: The Streets she appeared as a small role in House of the Damned (1996), Something Sweet (2004) and Bottoms Up (2006).
Her first and only television appearances have been as Helen in the horror serie Fear Itself, she starred in the episode 1.06 - "New Year's Day" (2008).
Her career have really started to take of now in 2009. First she starred opposite Daveigh Chase, James Lafferty and Ed Westwick in S. Darko, the sequel to the hit movie from 2001 Donnie Darko. After that she starring in Summits new horror movie Sorority Row, co-starring actresses Leah Pipes, Rumer Willis, Jamie Chung, Audrina Patridge and Margo Harshman. They all have recived a 2009 ShoWest Award for "Female Star of Tomorrow". Upcoming after that are Burning Bright and Subject: I Love You.
In 2003 she had the lead role in Linkin Park's music video Numb, 2007/2008 she appeared in Flo Rida featuring T-Pain music video Low, 2008 she danced with Enrique Iglesias in his music video for Push and in 2008 she were a back up dancer in -Pain music video for Church. Briana have also made the choreography for a project called I Don't Think When I Dance, it's a project to help raise funds for inner city kids and their own aspirations.
